Duration of Master’s In Mauritius: The Bachelor’s degree programs are offered in almost every subject. The duration of the Bachelors course is 2 years to 3 years. The admission requirements vary from program to program Students after their 10th or 12th are eligible to apply for the bachelor degree in Private institutes
Fee Structure: The local currency used in Mauritius is Mauritian Rupee (MUR). The courses in Mauritius offered by various intuitions are quite affordable. The Cost of Tuition fees ranges from MUR 1,76,000 to MUR 3,75,000 per year approx. So if we look it at from our point of view, an Indian student may land up paying Rs. 3,40,000 to Rs. 7,25,000 which is a lot cheaper that other foreign destinations.
Work Experience for Bachelor’s in Mauritius: No work experience is required for pursuing bachelor’s in Mauritius
SAT Requirement: In general, SAT is not required to apply to Universities in Mauritius. Certain Universities however will need SAT and SAT II Subject Test (with Math Level 2 being compulsory) for students based on the student profile and program requirements
English Language Requirement: One must have a recognized English language qualification such as IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum score that is accepted for entry is IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT80.The test could be done within one month from the date you decide to take the test ie. preparing for the test, registering for the test, to appearing for it. Work in Mauritius during studies: Inspite of affordable education in Mauritius, International students are permitted to work part time of 20hrs. / week. Students can earn up to US $ 200 – 500 monthly by working part-time. What more can we ask for Right!
