Study Intakes in Australia:
The two main intakes offered by Universities and Colleges in Australia is July and February. Few Australian Institutions also offer a November start.
Best time to apply to Universities in Australia:
We suggest you apply in January of the preceding year. This would allow you to apply for many SCHOLARSHIPS that Universities in Australia offer. You can however apply until May start for the July intake. Remember, the admission decisions may take up to 4 – 6 weeks and the student visa process for Australia takes between 4 to 6 weeks. If you’re one of those students who wake up late, fret not, we can still make some quick applications for you. Ensure that you come see us 3 months before the intake start date.
Step-wise process of what you need to do if you wish to study in Australia :
STEP 1. SELECT your programme and finalize your Universities. We will help you do that based on your interest area, career plan, current academic background and scores, budget, more.
STEP 2. COLLECT your documents and send them to us. For a list of documents to apply to Universities in Australia, check it on our website. Book your IELTS test date. We can help you do that. Simply call +91 9820864001 (between 10am and 7pm). List of Documents Required – Find here!
STEP 3. Make ONLINE or PAPER application as indicated by each University. We will do that for you or help you fill out the forms correctly
STEP 4. FOLLOW up with the Universities. We will do that on your behalf and provide any additional information required by the University
STEP 5. COLLECT ADMISSION OFFERS. Australian Universities offer CONDITIONAL admissions ie. if your final mark-sheet is pending, the University may include a condition to finish your course specifying the score (percentile) requirement. Once you receive this final mark-sheet and have met with the stated condition on the offer letter, you can then update the University to obtain your UNCONDITIONAL offer of admission. Plan your next move (visa process, accommodation, etc.) at this stage. We will keep sending you the offers and also will keep you updated on new information and updates. We will update the Universities about you having met with the conditions and bring you your final offers. We will also be assisting you with your SCHOLARSHIP application at this stage
STEP 6. FINALIZE one University that you wish to join and PAY the tuition fee deposit as required by the University. We will help you make this crucial decision and also guide you on the financial matters, including how to transfer the deposit and getting you a confirmation from the University
STEP 7. Prepare your documents for the Australian student VISA application. The University will send the Confirmation of Enrollment (COE) after you make your deposit payment which needs to updated to the Australian embassy. Book an appointment and apply for the visa. We will help you finalize your documents, check if they are in order and guide you in making the visa appointment. It is always better to apply for the visa at least two months in advance to your course start date
STEP 8. Once you receive the visa, celebrate, buy your stuff, pack your bags, and FLY. We will provide a pre-departure brief (eg. what to carry when you are going, about life in Australia, etc.), help you connect with other students going to Australia, help you book your accommodation and much more
