Environmental Engineering is a diverse field concentrating on sustainable development, optimal resource allocation, and alternate energy usage and carrying out environmental impact assessments among a wide range. Most colleges abroad treat this as a sub-discipline of mostly Civil Engineering and in some cases Chemical Engineering as well. So courses from these departments will also be made available based on college and department rules. Students should have a foundation in pure science subjects like chemistry and biology which will aid their courses at the masters’ level and some college have fixed pre-requisites.
