What is IELTS?

IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. It is a language assessment language examination used by various institutes around the world to evaluate the English proficiency of a candidate. There are four sections of the IELTS: reading, writing, listening and speaking. You will receive an overall score for all these sections. In that case, an IELTS waiver will not be applicable. If you have completed your undergraduate degree in English or studied in an English medium school, you will have the opportunity to apply without the IELTS requirements. The university may otherwise require you to appear for an online interview to assess your level of understanding of the English language.
